This app is designed to store and deliver pre-written messages in the event of a user's death or extended inactivity.

This app and any messages sent upon user inactivity do not function as a will, legal notice, or legally binding document.

They are intended solely for informational purposes and should not be treated as a substitute for legal arrangements.

6. Message Delivery Guarantee

While we make every effort to ensure timely and secure delivery, we do not guarantee message delivery due to unforeseen technical or systemic failures.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Failure in message delivery
• Misinterpretation or misuse of messages sent by the platform

These terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within this jurisdiction.
